By proceeding with a donation through our official website, mobile platforms, or any other authorized channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and accountability in how Dopasi Foundation manages contributions, handles donor information, and fulfills its social commitments.

Dopasi Foundation operates as a non-profit organization dedicated to responsible and ethical financial management. Every contribution received is treated with the highest standards of integrity and stewardship. These Terms outline your rights as a donor, the Foundation’s obligations in managing donations, and the procedures governing payment processing, data protection, and fund utilization.

Your trust is central to our work, and these Terms and Conditions exist to safeguard that trust ensuring that every rupee donated is used effectively, transparently, and in full alignment with our mission to create sustainable, equitable, and inclusive development outcomes.

1.2 Purpose of Donations

All donations received are used to support Dopasi Foundation’s humanitarian and development initiatives including but not limited to health, education, climate resilience, disaster response, and social protection activities in alignment with our mission and strategic objectives.

1.3 Voluntary and Non-Refundable Nature

All contributions are made voluntarily. Donations are generally non-refundable and are given without any expectation of goods, services, or personal benefit in return.
Refunds will be considered only in cases of verified technical error or duplicate transactions, reported within seven (7) working days of the payment.

1.4 Donation Receipts

Upon successful payment, donors will receive an official electronic receipt confirming the amount, transaction ID, and date of donation. Donors may request a duplicate receipt by writing to donations@dopasi.org.

1.5 Allocation and Use of Funds

Dopasi Foundation maintains strict internal controls and external audits to ensure that all donations are utilized responsibly. Funds may be directed toward ongoing or future projects, operational costs, or emergencies as approved by management and the Board of Directors.

1.6 Payment Processing and Security

All online donations are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant Visa and Mastercard payment gateways using SSL encryption. Dopasi Foundation does not store credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials on its systems.

1.7 Compliance and Verification

In compliance with national and international laws, Dopasi Foundation reserves the right to verify donor identity and the source of funds under Pakistan’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations. Donations found to be non-compliant may be refunded after deduction of applicable bank charges.

1.8 Cancellation or Refusal of Donations

Dopasi Foundation may, at its discretion, refuse or return donations that:

• Originate      from illegal or suspicious sources, or

• Are      inconsistent with the organization’s values, mission, or legal      obligations.

1.9 Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

1.10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
